Why rent several hotel rooms for your group when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost? This rental is designed for budget conscious travelers. Large comfortable beds, two showers each with separate hot water tanks, spacious outdoor area, and a central location to everything Branson has to offer. What more do you need?
Fishing, playgrounds, boat rentals, and more in our condo community.
This condo is great for two families with kids. With a queen master bedroom, four full beds there is space for a large group.
Our modern retreat, located just minutes from the 76 Entertainment district, Silver Dollar City, and the best restaurants and shopping in Branson. This newly remodeled end unit can comfortably hold up to 10 guests. We purchased this unit for vacation rentals purely to accommodate large groups that were looking for affordable accommodations so they can save money for all that Branson has to offer. Central to most of Branson's most popular attractions.

The kitchen had all the utensils and everything. Only thing that i feel like could be recommended is adding some sort of basic cooking things like flour sugar spices seasoning vegetable oil foil. There was a store to buy these things but sucks when traveling.

Overall we enjoyed the property.There are things that could be improved. There was one toilet, where the handle was about to fall off, and the sinks in that area did not drain well at all. The floors were extremely sticky. It would have been nice if there had been a rug at the main entrance. It rained most of the time we were there and we were always tracking in water.The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Overall it was very nice.

Thanksgiving getaway

We stayed for four nights over thanksgiving, while visiting my son who attends college locally. While not the most glamorous location, this place covered all the basics for our stay. Clean, cozy and located only a short drive from the middle of Branson. A few things we noticed: the guest shower water did have a smell to it when using that bath. Black pet hair on a few pillows when we arrived. The guest bathroom toilet paper holder needs to be fixed. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Very quiet considering it is surrounded by other units.

Pretty good stay

Our group of 6 friends (ladies) stayed there for a couple of nights. Sleeping was very comfortable for everyone, washer and dryer were very nice to have. The place is not smelly. There were little issues, like no light on the patio, broken chair, plugged drain in one of the showes, TV programs/apps didn't turn on and when we tried to reach out to the host with questions, they didn't reply. But overall it was nice and according to the price. We got a good deal so shouldn't expect an ideal experience I don't think.

Overall everything was great! We only had one issue. We were unable to use the outdoor grill as it kept tripping the breaker, we had planned to use it daily as a way to reduce meal costs. Everything is as pictured and the check in and out process is very smooth!

Exactly what we needed!

We loved the layout of this home. There were 4 full sized beds in the "kids" room and a bathroom. It was perfect for our family. I loved the washer and dryer in the unit! It made my return home so much easier since I didn't have 7 days worth of laundry to do for 6 people! The pool was a little hidden but once we found it, we spent several nights there! To use the marina, you do have to buy a day pass, it was $5 a day. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and if I came back to Branson I'd stay here again. The commute was not bad to various activities we did as the home is centrally located. I left very pleased with the stay.

Great little place

This was cute place for our family of 8 to stay at for our vacation to branson! Easy to find and close to main town branson!! Love that we could cook our own food! The only thing was I wish our outside light was brighter and we had to move the 1 outside plug-in didnt work. Otherwise everything else was amazing!! Definitely would come back!

Above and Beyond Service

This is not only a beautiful property nestled between Table Rock Lake and the Branson Strip but it is affordable and welcoming for large families. The host was prompt and kind and did everything she could to ensure we had a wonderful and relaxing trip. The house was very clean setup in a way that makes it so 10 people can sleep comfortably. When we had a hiccup in our trip the host was incredibly understanding of our situation. She went the extra mile and helped us get through a difficult time. You could tell she cared and wanted to do all she could to help. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
