The condo was dirty. There was hair all over the floors and counters and tables. There were dead bugs all over. The toilet seat in one bathroom was broken, and there was pee under the toilet seats. One of the tubs wouldn’t drain. One of the bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain. I messaged the host immediately upon entering and seeing the hair, and all he said was “I apologize, the cleaners haven’t been there since the last rental in December” I asked if he could have someone come in and clean it, and he never responded. Then within the next hour or two is when we started discovering the other issues (toilets, draining issues, etc.) I sent him messages explaining all of those issues. No response.I drove over 20 hours to get there, but then had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning spray to wipe counters and tables, and I also bought pillow cases because the ones that were there had the fuzz balls on them. I also vacuumed the entire condo. I conveyed ALL of this to the owner, we were there for 5 nights, Friday-Wednesday, and I STILL have not heard back from him. VERY disappointed. I would love a partial refund, but I’m sure I would never hear back about that either. I have plenty of pictures for proof. Also sent those to him in my messages.
