Table Rock Lake & State Park Marina is also nearby (5.7 mi) for your on-the-water adventures. While you are welcome to bring your own boating/fishing supplies, if you don’t want the hassle, the folks at Fall Creek or State Park Marinas will hook you up in renting or buying everything you need for your day on the water. Your condo is conveniently located within a close 10-minute drive to the Strip, local attractions, restaurants, shopping and so much more, yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle to be a quiet & calm escape.
AIRPORT: Branson Airport (BKG) is 17 mi. from the condo. Inspiration & good vibes abound upon entering this charming retreat prepared with all ages, stages and your comfort in mind.

GENERAL: Free WiFi (300Mbps), keyless entry, (New) central heat & air conditioning, streaming on two TV’s, & washer/dryer, including a starter laundry pack for your convenience.
The open-concept is perfectly appointed for cooking, eating, watching your favorite shows, playing a game together or just relaxing in the warm glow of the fireplace. THE KITCHEN is complete & efficiently furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, 4-coil burner stove, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher & detergent, toaster, blender & coffee maker (12-Cup carafe & individual cup), cooking utensils, pots & pans, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glasses, seasoning, cooking spray, coffee & creamer, hot pads, towels, wash cloths & dish drainer.
THE DINING AREA is bright & cheery with natural light streaming in, and a ceiling fan above the lovely farmhouse table that seats 2-4. The cute, stocked coffee bar & a small corner pantry cabinet complete this gathering space.
The softly-lit LIVING ROOM boasts a nice-sized, comfortable, clean, leather sofa that pulls out into a second Queen-sized bed to accommodate additional guests. (Extra pillows & linens located in the bedroom closet). Beautifully crafted wood tables paired with a cozy electric fireplace create a special rustic ambience. Games for a variety of ages are on shelves in the entertainment center for creating memories, laughter & bonding on a rainy afternoon!
THE BEDROOM beckons you into a warm, calming, & peaceful oasis where you will rest easy on a comfy Queen bed. Protected pillows (in a variety of options, ranging from firm to soft) & mattress are dressed in clean, soft sheets & a simply elegant quilt. Conveniently charge electronic devices using the USB ports on the provided radio alarm clocks. The ceiling fan, soothing sound machine, modern blinds & room-darkening curtains on the window help ensure a long, restful night’s sleep for your condo experience. Extra linens, blankets, iron, ironing board & pack ‘n play (please bring your own linens) can be found in the closet.
THE BATHROOM adjoins the hallway & the bedroom with a double-sink vanity, large mirror, plenty of drawer/cabinet space & lighting. Toilet & the spacious, clean, easy-access shower have a separate door for privacy. Towels, wash cloths, and a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are provided. Don’t pack that bulky hairdryer! There are two in the cabinet under the sink, along with spray bottles, emergency personal care items, first aid kit & hand mirror.
The COVERED PATIO is your tranquil escape to nature with a 4-top wrought iron table & chairs, festive string lighting, the sounds of rippling waters & rustling leaves, the sweet woodsy aroma and the beauty of wild Asters, falling leaves or snow-covered trees, depending on the season. Whether you’re starting your day with a hot cup of coffee & taking in the beautiful sunrise over the misty lake, or winding down with dinner & drinks in the evening, the patio is not to be missed! Watch for curious groundhogs (some guests have seen babies!🤗), beautiful birds (especially the gorgeous cardinals) that flit about from the shoreline trees to the deck above, squirrels & lightening bugs. There is a battery-operated blower available in the utility closet if needed for a quick & easy clearing of leaves/birdseed from the patio. Keep in mind, Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm. This space is perfect for you if you look forward to starting your day early with coffee on the patio or a stroll to the marina at sunrise!🌞🎣
