Great cabin, exactly what the pictures show. Warm, cozy and perfect for a couples get away. Only thing I will say is the back deck is not as private as I thought and the furniture back there could use an update. Also a skillet in the kitchen would be great. Will for sure stay again!

The hostess was nice on the phone. We got to talk a lot about all of the problems we had. The first night there, we smelled propane, and the answering service suggested calling 911 because none of the maintenance crew would answer the phone. We got a cop to show up and found out the gas was on, but the pilot light was out, no big deal, woke up the next morning to take a jacuzzi tub bath to find out the water was only warm. The hostess called to see what happened during the night, and we talked about the water only being warm, so while we were gone out for the day, the maintenance crew stopped by to find a hole in the hot water heater. They called, and we had to move cabins. Then later in the week, close to the end of our say the pipes in the new cabin froze up,p and we were told we needed to move again. I asked if there was a way we could get a discount for all of the issues, and was told no, and when I pressed, we were told they would have a manager call me, well that never happened, if they had worked with ours or even tried to help us a little, things would have been better, but to tell us something and then not follow through after a few different large problems, well we will not be back again

The jacuzzi tub was not usable. The hot water tank does not hold enough water to fill the tub over the jets. We are VERY experienced with in room jacuzzis and have never had this issue. VERY upset bcuz the ONLY reason we booked here was for the tub. Bathroom smelled like sewer. toilet paper is lowest grade 1-ply. Light over stove doesnt work along with front burner. I contacted offie about tub and they sent someone and never got back to me. YES it runs hot at first but not enough to fill tub. They KNOW this is an issue because they state that on check-in if tub was cleaned it wont be hot that night. Hot water tanks are under cabin directly exposed to weather. not insulated. Also I dont think the tank is actually big enough to hold enough hot water to fill tub.

We had a wonderful time. THe cabin was perfect.. We love the location, close to everything, but yet quiet. Lots of nature. It had everything we needed.We did not use the pool. Looking forward to our next stay.

The cabin was very cozy. It's connected to another cabin, kind of like a duplex which we were not expecting, but still plenty of privacy. Off the beaten path, but close enough to everything which is what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again next time we go to Branson.

The property and location were fine, the room setup was a little off. The open design was good, except having the tub out in the open limited the room arrangement. Wasn’t able to watch tv from the bed, the only couch was uncomfortable, and made of a material that bare skin stuck to. There was one other chair, a glider rocker, but no footstool. Parking was limited in front of our unit, but the terrain was largely responsible. It would have been a bigger problem during the busy season.

The cabin was nice and clean. One of the refrigerators wasn't getting cold and the dishwasher wasn't working. Our unit did not have a skillet, so it was hard to cook without one, we made it work. You might think about adding one. Your knifes for cooking were so dull you couldn't cut anything. In order to use the grill, we would have walked up a rocky hill, wasn't convenient. Overall though the place was charming. The resort needs to replace some kitchen items, so your guest that don't plan on eating out all the time can use the kitchen to make meals.

Close, yet secluded Location

It is a nice little cabin that is just behind the strip where all of the conveniences are located yet at the end of the day when you want to get away and wind down it is secluded.
