- Parking is for 2 unassigned spaces (first come, first served).

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- Washer and dryer available on the unit.

- Smart TVs in every room

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between two private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and a shared ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo (also accessible from the living room).



Bedroom #2 features a king-size bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a vanity and a shower/jetted tub combo.



The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV, and direct access to the covered balcony—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the fresh Ozark air. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, plus a breakfast bar for casual dining and a dining table set for six for more formal gatherings.
