Step inside and you will be welcomed with homey interiors which instantly put guests at ease. The living room is inviting with ample seating for your entire group, plus a smart tv for streaming movies and your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen is bright, modern, and designed for convenient cooking at home with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster. The formal dining table is steps away with seating for 8, with additional barstool seating available at the kitchen counter.



This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen-size bed and twin-size bunk beds. The room’s ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-in unit.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available. Guests will need to check in at the StoneBridge Welcome Center on the day of arrival. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- Washer and dryer in unit available for guest use.

- Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
