Step inside to find a living room with vaulted, 20-foot ceilings (as well as a sofabed for additional sleeping space). It's the perfect spot for a family game night or a movie or two on the large TV. Prepare your favorite meals in the gorgeous kitchen, and enjoy them either on the private balcony or at the attractive dining table. In the evenings, join your kids for games of Ping-Pong and air hockey in the community game room, then retire to one of the hot tubs for a good soak.

When it's time to explore the shops, activities, and eateries of downtown Breckenridge, you'll won't have to go far! Be sure to check out the many unique shops and eateries at Street Station, La Cima Mall, and Towne Square Mall. Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
