You won't find a better location than the one at this stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom lodge with a hot tub and ski slope views located just off of Main Street. Situated in the heart of Breckenridge, you are walking distance from the BreckConnect Gondola and historic Main Street with its many restaurants and shops to explore. Perfect for large groups and families, you can comfortably sleep 14 in this spacious home that is the ideal base for all of your Breckenridge adventures!

The Space:
This incredible, lodge-like home will win you over from the moment you arrive, with its unbeatable location central to it all in Breckenridge. Spacious yet cozy and complete with all of the comforts of home, you will find it a dreamy retreat that boasts vaulted ceilings, a private hot tub, a pool table/sunroom and five restful bedrooms where as many as 14 can sleep with ease.

The striking living and area is located on the main floor straight ahead as you enter and features vaulted ceilings with stunning wood beams, a gorgeous stone fireplace, large picture windows, a leather couch, plush sectional sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Get a fire going, find a place to kick back and relax and enjoy the fire’s radiant warmth as you take in the views from the large windows or cue up a favorite show. You will feel worlds away from it all in this fabulous space, imbued with alpine charm.
Adjacent to the living room, you will find the dining room with a dining table with seats for eight underneath an antler chandelier. Beautiful and intricate stained glass add to the elegant ambience of the dining area, which is also ideally situated just off of the kitchen. A buffet area - with a bright, patterned tile and abundant cabinet space - bridges the kitchen and dining area and provides an ideal spot for serving your delicious culinary creations.

From there, it's just two steps down into the kitchen, which is full of charm and unique details. There you will find stainless steel appliances, a fully-tiled counter and backsplash and a large over-the-window sink with views of the backyard. The chef in your group will be delighted to find that the kitchen is also fully stocked with everything they need to whip up a favorite recipe or meal, from a toaster to a blender to a coffee maker, and will be able to serve with ease thanks to the close proximity of the dining table. When not needed for a delicious meal, the dining table is also perfect for setting up a puzzle or game.
If you want to challenge your loved ones to a game of pool or take in the serene setting, you will find an incredible sunroom/conservatory on the main floor outfitted with a pool table and dreamy views of the surrounding trees.

When you’re ready to tuck in for the evening, make your way to one of the three bedrooms located on the main floor. The spacious master bedroom is situated just off of the living room and boasts stunning details from its built-in bookshelves stocked with books to its vaulted ceilings and striking wood beams to the many windows which bathe this room in natural light. It is outfitted with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, an armchair and a desk area. Here you also enjoy private access to the truly spectacular backyard and hot tub as well as an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower with a glass door.

The second main floor bedroom features a king-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, access to the sunroom and en suite access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower with a glass surround and a dual-sink vanity that can also be accessed from the hallway and third bedroom. The third bedroom is just across the hall and features two twin-size beds, a nightstand and lamp.

There are two other bedrooms in the basement of the home. The first features a queen-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, an inviting armchair and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a single-sink vanity and walk-in shower with a glass door. The second downstairs bedroom is a dynamic bunk room that makes the most of its space with beds for seven thanks to a twin-over- twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, each with a twin-size trundle bed located underneath. Part of the downstairs living area, this room also boasts a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV so you can take in a movie before drifting off to sleep.

This home also features a laundry room with a sink, washer and dryer just off of the kitchen. Finally, this home boasts an incredible backyard with a private hot tub as well as a deck/patio space with a BBQ grill, multiple seating areas and breathtaking views of the mountains, including the ski slopes at nearby Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private hot tub and outdoor deck and patio as well as parking for as many as five vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
This home enjoys an incredible location in the heart of Breckenridge, just steps from Main Street and the BreckConnect Gondola, which connects you to the world-renowned Breckenridge Ski Resort. With your close proximity to the gondola, you can hit the slopes with ease in the winter and then take advantage of all of the summer fun at the ski resort, including the alpine slide and coaster, ropes course, mountain biking trails and mini golf. Here you are perfectly situated to enjoy all that this fabulous area has to offer from historic Main Street with its variety of breweries, galleries, shops and restaurants to the many nearby parks, historic sites and hiking trails.

Getting Around:
Thanks to this home's unbeatable location in Breckenridge, you are within an easy walking distance of the prime destinations in this one-of-a-kind mountain town. You can walk to the BreckConnect Gondola in five minutes and to Main Street in two minutes. If you want to take advantage of the convenient and FREE Breck Free Ride bus system that spans all of Breckenridge, you can walk to multiple stops on the Purple Route, including the Goldflake Terrace stop on the corner of Goldflake Terrace and Wellington Road. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
