The house has great views but is in poor condition. It was very dirty and needs a deep clean very badly. Spiderwebs, dust, filthy windows. I was promised a refund of my cleaning fee and have traded messages over 10 times and been waiting a month and it has not been received. Unacceptable. Do not book this home

Location , views and overall features of house were great
just what we were hoping for with our family of adults and small children ranging from toddlers to 9 year old. But house needs some TLC and updating. Lighting was bad
really difficult to figure out switches and lights were very dim. Bedrooms only had lamps and some didn’t work so rooms were dark. Never found front light switch and they flickered all night. Plunge pool was a total mess
completely covered with algae/“pond scum”!! Mgmt did have it cleaned but one cleaning not enough
kids got in and in just a few minutes
was cloudy again and they had algae on their feet..so didn’t use it again! Hot tub, back patio and deck was really nice with gorgeous views!

Tired and Dirty

We've stayed at many VRBOs and other locations in Breckenridge and has was our most disappointing stay ever. The house was dirty, very dirty and just worn out and in need of a lot of maintenance. More than a dozen light bulbs were missing all over the house. We went to the store to buy light bulbs because two rooms had no lighting. The mst bath sinks were clogged and didn't drain. This house is managed by Vacasa and this seems to be the main problem. Vacasa has a history of these type of maintenance issures. There are lots of places to rent in Breckenridge. Stay away from this one.

Great location and views!

Our family enjoyed staying in this home during our vacation! The location is close to town, hiking trails, and has amazing views! We also enjoyed the pool table, plunge pool, hot tub, various decks and other amenities that allowed everyone something to do when back at home for the evening.

A yearly family Colorado vacation

A very nice house with views over Town of Breckenridge and the ski slopes on the other side of the town. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and the repairman could not fix it. There was a concrete “pad” pored and worked on during our stay - assume it is for a future hot tub. Not something you expect to have to see during your vacation.. The little dipping pool was very cute. The messages you get from the rental company is very polite and standard responses. This could be possible be a #5 property but due to the problems we had to deal with we are giving it a 3.

Great view & location

The home is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and the location is perfect. I would rent again if the maintenance concerns were addressed. 1. How satisfied would you say you were with the cleanliness of the unit? The house was clean on the inside, but the outside needed more attention. There was broken glass, trash, and other debris that should be cleaned up. 2. Were there any maintenance concerns during your stay with Vacasa? There were multiple maintenance concerns. First being the refrigerator. The door does not close; therefore, in order to keep our items cold, we had to prop a chair against it to keep the door shut. In the reviews for the home this was noted in March but has not been fixed. The hot tub was not in working order, but we were offered another option. The railing to the basement is loose, as well as, other trim in the home. The master bedroom bathtub spout is broken, and all of the showers do not drain while showering. The dishwasher is not installed/leveled correctly which made it nearly impossible to start. 3. Were these concerns addressed during your stay? We were offered another option for the hot tub (community center). When I called about the refrigerator, I was told that maintenance would be out to look and fix the problem, but no one came. 4. Was there anything you feel was not mentioned or poorly advertised for your stay? When we booked the home, the hot tub was one of the 'must haves' that we filtered our search of homes for. We would have never considered this home had we known it was nonfunctional. They should remove the photo and/or make sure renters are aware. We felt very mislead.
