Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. You'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. We had a wonderful stay in this property. Couldn't be better located for a quick plug and play at Base of Peak 9. From the underground parking spot with elevator access to the unit, to steps to the lift, and shopping and restaurants. Nicely appointed. Functions well for 2 couples. Will return!

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The layout was perfect for two couples with our own bathrooms. Hot tub was nice and unit was beautifully upgraded. Would definitely book it again!

Great with a Few Improvements

Overall, we really liked the location of this rental. It was very close to shops, Main Street, and the pool was a plus. With that said, this also seemed like a hotel without any amenities vs. someone's home which it typically more thoughtfully appointed. The pillows were and linens were not good - the pillows were super cheap and uncomfortable and led to a pretty bad neck ache that just resolved itself. When we arrived, the previous guest had left some dirty laundry and the sofa bed linens were dirty, so that wasn't an ideal arrival. They did send new linens, and the regional manager did call to apologize. Also, the whole place being on one floor was super helpful for air circulation in the summer. Much better than the multi-storied places we have rented in the past. Finally, the check in is a little odd - you have to pick up a key card with a Vacasa reception desk vs. getting a code to get in directly. We didn't see this in instructions, and it was a little frustrating to find. With improved pillows/linens, we would consider staying here again.

Breckenridge Spring Break at Warriors Mark

Generally, the property was a nice one. It looks exactly like it does in the online offering. Seems modern and has working amenities. TV remotes were a bit confusing, and we never figured out how to make the second bedroom TV work, but this wasn't a huge deal. The main reason for a mid rating was that the floors were not clean when we entered initially. Somehow the management knew this, because they sent a message asking about the floors. But they didn't do anything about it. But there was a vacuum cleaner in the unit, so we just vacuumed it ourselves. It would have been nice if they followed up, or gave us a small discount due to this, but whatever. Also, they are quite skimpy with the toilet tissues and towels. Basically you get one towel per person, and washcloth. So you have to do laundry more often, and this could be better, especially for a multi-day stay. It says it sleeps 6, so it would be nice to at least have double the amount of bath linens. For this price, it seems reasonable. Otherwise, it is a nice facility. Easy parking, and easy access to the mountain. I like the associated ski valet that allows us to store equipment overnight. One last thing, they don't let you checkin until 4pm, which isn't a big deal, but they are sure to provide multiple "nag" emails to get you to checkout before the allowed time of 10am. The cleaners actually showed up around 9am, and simply opened the door without knocking - not really acceptable. So, they need to get some better cleaning crews, but I can't give them a 1 star for that alone. I just expect more for a property of this price range.

Amazing place!

This place was amazing for our first time stay in Breckenridge! We had two couples and it was the perfect space. It was incredibly clean which is so important! The fireplace and balcony were awesome extras. The place was right in a complex next to Main Street in a perfect location, we walked everywhere on Main Street from our dinner reservations to all of the shops. The ski lift was about a 5 minute walk from the door of the complex to the lift, very convenient for our ski days! Also so much to do even if you do not ski! This place also had a hot tub right in the complex on the first floor which was very large. We never needed to go to any other hot tub in the other complexes even if there were other people in the hot tub, there was room for us to fit! It has a warm heated locker room for you to keep your stuff before going out to the hot tub and the condo provided 4 robes for each person which were great for wearing to the hot tub! There is also a parking garage included for one car with your stay which is great since parking is hard to find around town. It was snowing our entire stay and it was beautiful and picturesque! We can’t wait to go back and we will definitely stay in this place again. I recommend for anyone going to Breckenridge!!

Great location

This property has a great location for strolling downtown a Breck! We enjoyed our stay - the space was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. The only negative was the elevator was out of service. They did offer to & help with our luggage, which was nice!

Amazing place to stay

The condo is really great, location is perfect to walk downtown and enjoy Breckenridge. Only bummer is the property managers, they are unorganized and unresponsive. We were told there are EV chargers on property. There are NONE, so we wasted money renting a hybrid vehicle as there was no easy way to recharge. Brian @Vacasa promised us a gift card for having repairs made while we were renting. NEVER followed through even after 3 attempts to contact. This is a great condo, just don't expect anything but poor service from the onsite property people.

Beautiful Condo

This is one of the best ski location condos I have stayed in. Fabulous location, comfortable beds, high end finishes, spacious and quiet. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. There’s a waffle maker, griddle and more. There were only two negatives: the elevator did not work on checkout day and the pans are not great. Several of the pans were really scratched and many were cheap. Also, there was not enough silverware. We only had 3 people and only at breakfast at the condo and the silverware only lasted us 2 days.

Solid property with great amenities and and exceptional location

It’s our fourth time staying in the Breck Village and this was the best property yet. Perfect for a family of four. One of the King beds was great, the second bed was too soft and didn’t have enough support. There were a couple of minor problems, but nothing that terribly detracted from our comfort. All of the appliances and amenities were brand new. And the location and convenience is impossible to beat. Definitely recommend!
