The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly cabin with room for your crew across four bedrooms plus a private loft. You’ll find a relaxed mountain vibe, a dedicated game room for friendly competition, and outdoor spaces designed for winding down after a day on the slopes or trails.

Head outside to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ grill, all set against mountain views with plenty of seating to gather and recap the day. Inside, stream your favorites on smart TVs, cue up a movie on the DVD player, or turn up the sound system for game night. Practical perks include WiFi, an in-home washer/dryer, and a desk/laptop-friendly workspace. A separate loft above the garage adds extra flexibility with a kitchenette and additional sleeping options.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This home has stairs.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Breckenridge’s mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Parking: Parking for up to 6 vehicles—3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway.

• Not ski-in/ski-out: About 4–6 minutes to Peak 9’s Quicksilver/Beaver Run lifts.

• Washer/Dryer: In-home washer and dryer available.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting Around:

Nearby (roughly five minutes): Carter Park (sledding/playground), Stephen C. West Ice Arena, High Line Railroad Park, Main Street’s Blue River Plaza and Maggie Pond, Burro Trail, Illinois Creek and Sawmill Reservoir paths with Blue River access, and the Riverwalk Center lawn.
