Or, hop aboard the BreckConnect Gondola, also 2 blocks away, for a quick ascent to the Peak 8 Base. Ski back on the 4 O’ Clock Trail, just a block away from the Condo. Some guests never use their car the whole time they’re up here.

When you get back, no need to lug your skis, boards, gear or groceries up flights of stairs. Easy elevator access gets you to the top floor, so you can take off your boots and relax.

And what a great place to come back to. High ceilings flooded with natural light and mountain views create a refuge to kick back after shredding world class ski runs or dining on main street. Rustic style throughout this cozy 1,265 square foot condo features charming mountain decor, leather furnishings and wood trim.

Make yourself at home in the open concept living area, marked by high wood beam ceilings and vintage ski memorabilia. Prop your feet up in front of the gas fireplace while you catch up on your favorite shows or sports on the Smart/cable TV. If TV’s not your thing, there is free WiFi, books, games and the hot tub is right downstairs.

You will have no trouble creating homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The dining table seats 6 and has views of downtown Breckenridge and Bald Mountain.

If your group has night owls or early risers there are separate sleeping areas upstairs and downstairs.

Wake up to views of the sun shining on Peak 8. The Master Bedroom boasts a king size bed, separate his and her closets, in room TV and private en-suite bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a room with two 2 full beds as well as a loft with 2 twin over full bunk beds. There is also an adjacent bathroom upstairs.

Amenities include in-unit laundry machines as well as the complex swimming pool (open during the summer), hot tub (open year round) and parking for one vehicle.
