Living Room: Enter through the heated garage into the mudroom with full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, and boot & glove dryer to keep your gear ready. The open living area features soaring ceilings, natural sunlight, a plush sectional, two lounge chairs, and a large flatscreen TV with cable. A cozy gas fireplace with a stone mantel creates the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails.

Dining: The home offers two dining spaces to accommodate your group. The first features a wooden table seating 6, ideal for family meals, while the second glass dining table seats 8 in front of a glowing gas fireplace. A small reading nook with four armchairs is perfect for cards, board games, or quiet moments.

Kitchen: The chef's kitchen is equipped with premium Wolf and Viking stainless steel appliances, a gas stovetop on the spacious island, dual sinks, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4.

Patio & Outdoor Space: Step through sliding glass doors to a private backyard patio featuring a gas grill, cozy firepit with seating for 4, and a spacious hot tub for 8, perfect for relaxing under the stars or enjoying mountain evenings.

Billiards Room: This space features a full-size pool table, wall-mounted Roku TV, and high-top bar table with seating for 4, ideal for entertaining or unwinding with friends and family.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 12. There is space for 4 vehicles in total with 2 in the heated garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. This home is not pet-friendly.
