This unit is only 1.3 mi away from Main Street. Located at the top of the Ski Hill Rd (Peak 8). Guests often take the gondola (5-7 min ride) directly to Main St. Guests have direct access to the Colorado SuperChair, Rocky Mountain SuperChair, and BreckConnect Gondola (Station)). All within a minute of walking time.
Guest access
Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley.
Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resortâs private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive.
Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplaceâperfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

The portal also includes optional concierge requests such as early check-in, late checkout, and additional amenities, all subject to availability and approval.
Use of the portal beyond the required screening step is entirely optional. Guests are welcome to explore local restaurant guides, curated recommendations, and available services at their discretion.
At select residences, guests may have the option to purchase a non-refundable Damage Waiver providing limited accidental contents protection. Certain properties that issue physical access items such as keys, fobs, or parking passes may require a refundable $250 access credential deposit, similar to a hotel pre-authorization, which is released after checkout, provided all items are returned, and no replacement costs are incurred.

In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
