If you are looking for a bright and spacious condo in a quiet Breckenridge neighborhood, in a walking distance to the slopes and Main Street, look no further. Enjoy our bright and spacious condo in a quiet Breckenridge neighborhood just a few blocks from the slopes and Main Street. You will love how roomy it is as soon as you walk in. The condo is on the top floor, so you won't hear anyone above you, and it is a corner unit with extra windows and plenty of natural light.

Spacious living room with gas fireplace and full kitchen with dining table. There is a master bedroom, a den with a queen size bed, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the surroundings and all the activities during the day and relax by the cozy gas fireplace in the evening. The lift and historic Main Street are just a short few-minute walk. If you prefer, there is also a free bus. From the private balcony, you get a partial ski area and Ten Mile Range views. The condo is ideal for a couple with kids and it sleeps up to four very comfortably.

You can enjoy the hot tub, sauna and have fun in the recreation room with ping pong and foosball table.

Living Room. Spacious living room with sleeper sofa and TV with live channels (or connect to your favorite entertainment provider). You can also walk out to a private balcony with patio furniture, a Weber grill, and nice views.

Full Kitchen. A full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your favorite meals. It is equipped with a fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining table sits 4, and two additional seats are at the kitchen counter.

Master Bedroom. It's furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and TV with live channels and a large walk-in closet. There is a chair as well to read a book or just enjoy quiet moments and an ensuite bathroom. You can access the balcony from the bedroom as well.

Den. The den with a queen bed is accessible from the living room. There is a window and a cozy chair to read a good night story.

Master Bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub you will enjoy after a long day on the slopes.

Second Bathroom. The second bathroom with a walk-in shower is accessible from the hallway.

Washer and Dryer. We have a washer and dryer in a closet in the hallway.

Amenities. You can enjoy the hot tub, sauna and steam room and have fun in the recreation room with ping pong and foosball tables.

Location. The condo is in a quiet part of Breckenridge, yet just a few blocks from Main Street and Quicksilver Ski Lift.

Parking. Free parking for two cars. One car can be parked in the heated garage and another car outside in front of the building. No oversized vehicles or trailers, please.

Ski Locker. A private ski locker is located in the garage.

Internet. Reliable, free internet in the condo through xfinity.

Getting Around. Breckenridge Ski Resort, the Quicksilver Lift is about 10 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. The bus can take you to the Beaver Run Superchair or the Gondola. The bus stop is pretty much right across the street from the driveway. The historic Main Street with shops and restaurants is just about 6 minutes away.

Nice updated place within walking distance

Check in process is super easy, the garage parking is pretty low clearance so not all vehicles will fit inside. Ski locker and storage are awesome. Place is well renovated and furnished aside from the "2nd" bedroom which is basically a queen sized bed literally stuffed into a corner of the unit with very little room and a make shift sliding curtain as a "door". Awesome view and easily accessible. The hot tub and game room is a little mis-leading however, as all the amenities are shared with all other guests from either building and is a little tough to find. It's a community building that's pretty outdated and in my opinion not well maintained. Multiple levels which is confusing and there's no real signage or working lights to help guide you. For the price it's a decent find if spilting with others, but will probably look somewhere else before booking this property again.

We loved this condo for our weekend getaway. The (master) bed is comfortable, location is wonderful and the rooms are clean. We took advantage of the in-unit washer/dryer and balcony. The property has a great location close to the mountain. It was spacious and had decent amenities, although the hot tub that is advertised was out of service and looks like it has been for a while. The instructions for the garage door and the suite could have been a bit more specific as well. The master bedroom was nice and spacious, and the smaller bedroom worked okay. The mattress in the smaller bedroom wasn’t super comfy, but it worked okay.

Wonderful weekend get-away

This was our second trip to Breckenridge and first time at this location. Perfect distance to town and the view of the mountains each morning...with an Aspen right off the deck was amazing. Very nice condo...loved the garage and in unit laundry. My only suggestion is please upgrade your TV's. Not a big TV watcher while on vacation, but it would have been nice to watch a movie after a long day of hiking. Current TV's are tiny and hard to figure out.

Perfect Quick getaway!

There was four of us who came in for a couple days! We always come to Colorado every year. This was our shortest stay, but perfect! Location right in the heart of the shopping, eating, trails, etc
 Condo was clean and looked as described! Only complaint was pull out bed was hard
 my husband and I slept on that and wasn’t soft. The main bedroom bed was comfortable! Owner reached out before & to check on us when we got there! Great communication! Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great Getaway Place

Property is nicely renovated and very clean. Beds are super comfy. Away just a bit from main street so not a lot of noise, but close enough to walk when you are ready to join the crowds. Owner was super communicative, making sure I was squared away during check in/out. Elevators from basement were very nice to have and luggage carts available so you only have to make one trip. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to other travellers.

Efficient Convenience

This very tastefully decorated modern layout readily accommodated our family of four including two adult sons. A well-equipped kitchen, underground parking, wonderfully warm gas fireplace, and distributed sleeping arrangements including a very spacious master suite are all noteworthy. The 7-minute walk (or "sidewalk ski" downhill) to the Quicksilver Lift was complemented by the view of the slopes and Breckenridge Peaks. The classic Breckenridge Main Street and ski village experience are a short walk or free bus ride away, while the top floor quiet of this condo affords relaxation and rest. Daniel could not be a more responsive and kind host. We look forward to returning!

The property was just as described. It was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. I've never rented a condo before ( usually used hotels only) but it turned out fine. I was notified of a change regarding picking up the key to the condo, but it was not an issue and everything was explained clearly about the change. No complaints at all and enjoyed it.
