You'll love watching your favorite DVD movies on the large flat-screen TV after an afternoon on the slopes. Speaking of slopes, this home is within walking distance from the 8-Passenger BreckConnect Gondola and Snowflake lift, so after enjoying a delicious breakfast, throw on your ski gear and head up the mountain to enjoy the white powder ski runs - beginners will love trying out their ski legs on slopes like Sundown and Bonanza. Afterward, thaw out with a good soak in the shared hot tub, steam in the community sauna, or take a dip in the pool.

Nearby, downtown Breckenridge is waiting with all kinds of family-friendly activities, awesome restaurants, and unique shops to explore. Stop into places like Street Station, Main Street Mall, and Towne Square Mall for some upscale shops and bookstores. Room was awesome and close to anything you’d like with a maximum of a 12 minute walk. However, the room is right against park ave and the front entrance. Lots of buses/shuttles, people walking, and construction were easily heard when trying to cool down with windows open and still noisy with windows closed. If street noise and cars aren’t an issue this is stellar. Gym, sauna, steam room, and hot tub were all great to use. Good amenities and very comfy, just a little loud

Convenient location to MainStreet or to the slope (free shuttle in front) and can ski down from 4 o’clock trial. Clean room, friendly staffs. New LG washer and dryer very good. Pots and pans are stocked. But has no basic cooking oil, pepper & salt. The unit is on the street level right next to the lobby and face the main strret where there are traiffic, pedestrians, cars drop off and pick up. So it does get noisy in the morning and in the evening.

Great and highly functional condo. Location can't be beat. Ski bus (leaves about every 8 minutes and takes a few minutes to reach lifts in either direction) right upfront and can ski back right across the street. Washer and dryer are truly private in the unit (modern, very nice machines) - from the description I thought they were just somewhere on the premise.One point to get to "six" stars: My back would have appreciated a firmer mattress. Definitely hope to come back.

The keys were missing in the lock box at check in, which was not a great first impression; however, Vacasa guest services had someone there within 15 minutes to correct the issue. Otherwise enjoyed the quick stay at this property. The condo was clean and the floors had just been redone, which was nice. Offered a great location for skiing in Breck right at the bottom of 4 o'clock run and about an 8 minute walk to the gondola.

The location in Breckenridge was great, and the loft setup worked well for two people. However, we requested basic items like hand soap and dish soap—which should have been included—and never received them. In addition, the listing wasn’t fully accurate since we weren’t given the chance to choose our unit. We were placed right next to the front door, lobby, and stairs, which made it a much noisier stay than expected. Overall, the stay was okay, but these details did impact the experience.

Spring Skiing

The building is in a great location and close to everything. The room was fine - could use some TLC with paint and moldings. The room was over 90 degrees when I checked in so I opened windows to cool the room which worked. When I left to go skiing for the day I closed the windows because the room is on the first floor and when I got back the room was over 90 degrees again. The other problem is that the room is right on the street and when the street sweeper goes by a plume of dust comes right in the open windows.

Great stay. Perfect location. Heater didn't work but I reported. I'm sure they will fix. Weather was mild. I identified myself as disabled and there were no stairs . Good, but the shower had no grab bar. You might want to address that. Excellent bartender and the tiki bar castaways behind the condo is highly recommended

Decent, centrally located

Used this as base for hiking in Summit County. Full kitchen was big selling point, which gave me control over early breakfasts before heading out on early morning hikes. Gotta get off the peaks by noon! Gym is mainly just cardio machines and a small rack of dumbells. Free parking below ground was easy to access. Place is just off main street, so all the tourist stuff is a stone's throw away.

We loved the location, and the kitchen was beautiful. Although the sink was clogged when we first arrived, they were quick to respond and fix it. But the shower curtain was awful, and we let them know, but they didn’t replace it. The carpet was definitely not in good shape. But the hot tub was wonderful. Be aware that if you rent with Vacasa you won’t be able to deal directly with the front desk staff but will need to call Vacasa (at another location) for assistance. Check in was also at another location, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, be sure to bring some coffee with you as there’s a maker but no coffee to buy on-site. But the grocery store is super close. Overall, we’ll be back and had a wonderful time!
