Great Views - Cozy Home - Close to Town

This home was great for our stay. It snowed while we were here, but the property manager made sure they plowed and we had no problems driving in and out. Be sure to get an AWD vehicle. Also, be sure to light the fireplace in the living room. It warms up the entire home, and was easy to use! There were plenty of cooking supplies, we bought groceries and ate at home almost the entire time. This home has several porches with GREAT VIEWS for the summer and winter! There are steps on the property which may be harder for some, but even in the snow, our family (ages 50-20) could get around fine! The hot tub, foosball table, sauna, and downstairs bar were great entertainment areas! There was plenty of sleeping area! 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds in a trundle, 2 full beds in a bunk, and a pull out couch!

Wonderful weekend in the Mountains

What a beautiful lodge. The windows and deck gave an amazing view of Breckenridge ski area. The living room was spacious and a gathering place. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Very nice shower in the upstairs bathroom. Sauna and hot tub worked great and were enjoyed. Downstairs bar, foosball, and couch area were good for games. The lodge was excellent for our needs and we would book yhis location again. Only constructive feedback is that the 2nd garage space was not big enough for our jeep or subaru.

Perfect Family Getaway

Wow! Our family of five absolutely loved this home away from home. The spectacular view was breathtaking and everyone found something fun and relaxing to do. We had big plans to explore beautiful Breckinridge, but loved the house so much that we simply stayed “home” most of the time. The foosball table, hot tub, patio, and all the cozy spaces were exactly what we needed.

Views, views... and more views! Perfect home base just minutes from town. Charming mountainside property with stunning views from the living room, bedrooms, and decks. Loved watching the mountains change throughout the day/night. We had everything we needed and cooked a few meals (mostly breakfast). Everything was well appointed and nicely decorated with the bathrooms having good water pressure and quick to have hot water. Loved the cozy gas fireplace on the lower level and the swing. Just down the road where the road U turns is a spectacular lookout point. We even saw one lonely moose up the hill!

Great views, good proximity and spacious

The house was spacious with spectacular Mountain Views! Was close enough to the town (5 min drive) but felt nestled in the mountains. Communication with the property managers was excellent- they helped us resolve our questions promptly. Only consideration is that there was not central heat so unless you made a wood fire, the house was really cold (~60 degrees).

Family Getaway

We took our adult children and their spouses along with my granddaughter for a weekend getaway. Needless to say we had an awesome time! The house allowed each family to have their own sleeping space and bathroom. The two decks were great for hanging out side and playing games or watching the sunset. I highly recommend this property!
