Waterfront home with gorgeous views on very quiet road. This exceptionally clean property includes 106' of low bank swimmable waterfront with tidal pools. Come enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer and spend a relaxing time on the water in your own quiet retreat. Indoor/Outdoor Northwest living at its best! Cottage ambiance, spacious deck, outdoor fireplace, big yard, and large hot tub! Only ten minutes from Bremerton Ferry. Perfect getaway from the big city for couples or families!

INDOOR LIVING: Views galore from the inside dining room, which is adjacent to the family room with 65” Smart TV where you can watch your favorite streaming service. Free Wi-Fi/internet access throughout the home & decks. In the fall or winter, curl up next to a fire in the wood burning stove while enjoying views of the Inlet. In the loft, enjoy crushing your opponents at foosball, playing your favorite board game, or ponder a puzzle while a bald eagle flies by. Kids can relax with a game or favorite book or even catch a quick nap in the custom designed Reading Nook in the Bunkroom. Pack & Play available for the little ones.

OUTDOOR LIVING: A multi-level spacious deck leads you barefoot to the brand new large hot tub. Watch kingfishers, herons, egrets, & seals while enjoying a meal at the six-person outdoor table on the upper deck. Watch the kids play yard games in the large, private lawn leading down to your 106’ waterfront beach. Beach chairs and sand toys are available along with extra rubber boots! At low tide, check out the tide pools on "rock island" or take a swim at high tide. Enjoy dinner grilled on the new gas BBQ while watching the tide ebb or flow. Finish the day under the ambiance of the patio & tree lights having S’mores at the outdoor fireplace. Liability precludes us from allowing use of our kayaks, but you are free to bring your own.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, utensils, drinkware, microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, full set of pots, pans, bakeware, etc. Enjoy take out or make your own meal with gourmet spices if you prefer. Whip up your favorite meal & bottle of wine and enjoy the evening on the deck.

We had a great stay at the beach house. Kids enjoyed reading books and exploring the tide pools. The house overlooks Dyes Inlet where we spotted a seal, herons and watched the 100 year old ferry make its rounds. The house was located close to restaurants and shops and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked.

An Unwind weekend

Such a beautiful place on the water. It rained but didn’t stop hiking on nearby trails or on the beach at low tide. There was plenty of room to unwind in front of the fire in the evening & spend relaxing time unwinding in the hot tub. What a view to look at from many of the rooms in the house. Our hosts were amazing & had answers if we had questions which kept communication easy! What a lovely relaxing gift!

Amazing Family Retreat

We were wow'd by the beach house, yet the best review was when the kids ran up to the game loft and I heard "Awesome!" and "Best day ever!" Pictures really don't do this place justice, it was a really great place for our family to stay for our trip to the area. They've really thought of everything, it was nice to get there and not have to immediately run back to the store. Everything from a full spice rack in the kitchen, indoor and outdoor silverware/plates, beach towels, outdoor activities and gear, fully stocked game room, working grill and backup propane... Truly excellent and well thought out. We hope to come back and visit soon!

Highly Recommend!

Thank you for sharing this lovely home with our family. Property was clean, quiet, and beautifully kept. Had coffee on the deck every morning with the resident Blue Heron, humming birds and kingfishers. Easy access to the ferry for day trips into Seattle, or a short drive to explore the other islands around Bremerton. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful retreat

This home was a great place for our group of 4 adults & 2 young children. Wonderful location with a nice sized yard, waterfront access for our kayaks, bird watching, seal sitings & sea shell hunting. We happened to be there the weekend before July 4th so we got a noisy fireworks show from across the inlet but otherwise it’s a very peaceful place. The house was very clean, kitchen very well stocked, plenty of towels & nice bedding. The 4 & 8 year old loved the bunk room with the cozy reading nook. The hosts provided more than most in terms of paper products for kitchen & bath and the welcome book made it easy to be certain about any questions we might have had as well as offering ideas for restaurants etc. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! Thank you to our hosts!!❀

Great place!

We were 2 families with adult children, from the East coast, staying in Bremerton for a wedding. The home and property are beautiful. Plenty of space for 7 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the sound. Its a short drive from conveniences and ferries. Collette and Steve were very responsive to any questions, concerns or problems we had. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area! We would definitely recommend this home for you!

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect house for our weekend getaway. Being right on the water was so relaxing, and finding fresh oysters at low tide to cook on the grill was an unexpected bonus. The owners have put great thought and attention into the little details that made us feel welcome and right at home. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant vacation in a great beach house

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this beach house. The beach house is clean, in great neighborhood and has beautiful beach view and easy beach access. The beach house has a great kids' play room with tons of board games which my son enjoyed. The house is located in a nice, safe and quiet area. Overall we were very pleased staying in this house and would recommend it to our friends.

Waterfront Joy!

we have an annual get together with our family in Seattle. This year we chose Bremerton. it was a perfect choice. our teenage granddaughters swam in the Sound and then jumped into the hottub with us each night. Although the days were extra hot this year, the fans provided relief. The kitchen was well stocked wiht spices and dishes. Loved being here . The hosts were so responsive too!

Breath taking views!

House is very clean and kept neat. It has all the amenities needed. View is amazing! We will definitely be back! The only thing is there was no coffee grounds and we somehow missed that, but that was not an issue for us, just something to be aware of

Peaceful Retreat

Home is in a quiet area and has beautiful views. It is cutely decorated and is stocked with everything you could need. Our son enjoyed the loft area and didn’t want to leave to do any sightseeing. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any orcas during our stay; not sure if we missed them when we were out and about. We did get to see the resident seal on our final morning! It was the perfect, peaceful place to come back to after being in the city all day.

Darling comfortable beach home!

Our family of 4 (kids age 2 & 5) loved this beach home as our home base while visiting family and having a vacation. The home was so clean and comfortable. It is outfitted with special touches for kiddos which we really appreciate (books, toys, games, craft supplies, bunk bed, beach toys, kid plates/cups). Coming from Denver, we packed only the necessities and this home filled in all the gaps. The view and access to the water is top notch. My 5 year old son talked non-stop about finding sea glass on this trip and he found some the first day combing the beach! We will always cherish our time we spent in this wonderful home and our memories of the resident seal we saw every day!
