100 year old home located steps from downtown Brenham! You will love the recent renovations that enhance this gem! The hardwood floors are original to the house and the large bedrooms will nicely accommodate your group. The open downstairs space and backyard are perfect for larger groups. Many people love hanging out in the main area where your group can all enjoy cooking in the kitchen, playing pool, or lounging in the living room area. The interior has a fun decor that your group will love! You may decide to hang out in the backyard where your group can grill, gather around the fire pit, sit in the swings, play corn hole, or relax on in the outdoor seating area. We had a lovely time staying at this house. There were six ladies who traveled to Round Top for the antique show. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the back porch was a fun space to watch college football games. The manager was easy to reach out to, and she was quick to respond. We would stay here again in the future.

Great Property

We have a yearly golf outing and this year we choose Brenham for our two day event. We loved this house as was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was close to all our needs as well. Recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the downtown area.

12 Armadillos was perfect for our stay with plenty of kitchen items, lots of games, coffee bar items, and a spacious outdoor area. It was walking distance to the square but most of the shops are closed Monday and Tuesday. Highly recommend the Yumm sweets on the square for lunch and ice cream. House is so cute with lots of room.

Cousin Reunion

We chose Brenham since it was easy access for family coming from Houston and Austin to meet. Christa was so helpful with my questions prior to the trip. When we arrived and entered the house, we knew we made the right choice for our family. I come from the hotel industry, so the attention to detail and cleanliness is very important to me. There are two bedrooms downstairs and four upstairs. I love that the downstairs area is open, perfect for gatherings plus the pool table was a huge hit. The house is walking distance to just about everything, such as 30 North, Volare Italian Restaurant and one block from all the shops, restaurants and bars. We went to Brossa's Cibo e Vino and the food and service was wonderful. My family had such a great time, we would absolutely rent this home again. Thank you Christa for your hospitality!

Eight of us came for a cousin’s wedding in Chappel Hill. Great house for a family! Excellent location, very well appointed and very comfortable. This house had everything we needed for kids and adults. Loved the pool table! Wish we’d had time to stay longer and take advantage of the backyard and patio.

Great Location and amazing home

It is in the best location!!! The house is one of the best to stay in bc all but one bedroom has king sized beds. Plenty of bathrooms and you have lots of space. Pool table, outside pit makes this a perfect place to hang with family and friends. So close to downtown and everything is in walking distance. Owners are easy to work with and we’re so quick to respond if we had a question. They even left us a gift of s’mores so we could use them on the fire pit. Really good for the price as well.
