Never arrived

Crowdstrike glitch caused us to be unable to fly out of phoenix to Asheville therefore we had no way of getting there. Tried to communicate with owner and VRBO regarding refund but no response!!!!!!!!! So, no review for site but serious issue with customer service

Cute place with fun decor and nicely appointed bathroom

Charming place with fun contemporary furnishings. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely done and full of thick towels. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 on cleanliness was that it smelled like dogs or cats might have stayed recently. Very close to town and convenient for us!

Decent place

No issues with communication, check in but the description could have been clearer. This is a basement apartment with minimal daylight (no windows in the bedrooms) and a humidifier that runs constantly. If there are guest staying up stairs, you will hear them running around. Overall it serves its purpose and was generally nice.

Great location and attentive landlord

Small and cozy, this was the perfect location to visit family during the Thanksgiving holiday. We were received with a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us, and Monika was very responsive the moment we ran into a small issue with the plumbing. It was immediately fixed.

Great place only problem we had was getting in. The box would not open and we didn’t have a phone number. While another visitor was Looking for the number the box opened. We were able to get in. The toilet would not stop running but no big deal just want you to know. Love your place. We will be back

We were surprised that the property was 3 rentals. The dehumidifier having to run continuously & having to be emptied 2-3 times each day was equally as surprising. The furnishing were nice and the bed was super comfortable. The electric fireplace was a nice amenity.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

Monika's place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed here while attending a concert at the Brevard Summer Music Institute, and the location was perfect -- just a short drive to the performance, and very close to downtown dining. Location is quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Romantic Getaway

Monika couldn’t have been a more gracious and accommodating host. This is our second stay and will definitely be back. We loved the fire pit and adirondack chairs in the backyard! The property is very close to downtown and is very clean, comfortable space.

An amazing hidden gem of a property, awesome host

The property was in an amazing amazing location and it was really easy to access the property with the instructions provided by the property owner. I cannot comment enough on the cleanliness and how the property was well-kept. Special kudos to the awesome wine that was left for us. The property is fully furnished with a lot of utensils and anything that you might need for your stay. We would definitely recommend and be coming back if ever we are in this area.

Nice place

We were looking for a place near downtown so we could walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment was not far from downtown- certainly an easy distance, but McLean Avenue and the road until Brevard College does not have a sidewalk. Made the walk a bit treacherous- especially in the evenings since both roads are busy. Apartment had the space we needed. Check in was easy. Quiet and peaceful.

Restful weekend for friends

Monika’s place is part of several apartments in a single house (this unit was in the basement). She has tastefully decorated and is very responsive to any needs. This property is perfectly located between DuPont Forest, downtown Brevard and Pisgah.

Excellent stay

Monika has clean and well decorated, clutter free apartment. Monika was very attentive to any of our needs. Each room has a comfortable queen bed and the bathroom is across from the two bedrooms. The space was great for two couples for the weekend. The location is close to downtown, we even had an outdoor seating area covered by the decking above us. I would stay there again.

Weekend stay in Brevard

My husband and I had a very comfortable stay at Monika’s rental this past weekend. We were visiting our son who attends Brevard College. This rental was about 2 minutes from campus. It was such a convenient place to stay. We were the 1st guests to stay in this quaint, cozy apartment. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The bedding is so comfortable! Monika responded quickly to all of my questions and followed up with me to ensure we had all that we needed. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone looking for something close to campus or to downtown Brevard.
