This home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps 8 (2 queens and 2 bunk beds). The cabin is located in the gated resort community of Connestee Falls, with an extraordinary amount of amenities right within the community: clubhouse with two restaurants, olympic-sized heated pool, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, golf course, a wellness center, 13 miles of private hiking trails, and some of the most beautiful walkable waterfalls nature has to offer.
The main level of the cabin offers an inviting kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, all necessary cookware and utensils, gas fireplace, smart television, and a large dining table located in a stunning all-seasons room, surrounded by nature. The two main bedrooms and full baths are located on this level. The main level also includes a gated wrap-around deck, a gas grill, and comfortable rocking chairs to take in the mountain views. The washer/dryer are located on the main level.
A spiral staircase takes you down to the lower level ‘lodge’. This floor offers a second gas fireplace and smart television, a bar with a fridge, and cozy couches. The bedroom with the bunk beds and third full bath are located on the lower level. A sliding glass door walks out to a heavenly swing bench with a captivating view of the mountains.
The cabin offers free high-speed wi-fi/internet, wi-fi calling, linens and towels, washer/dryer, two gas fire places, outdoor gas grill, outdoor bench swing and rocking chairs. Connestee Falls clubhouse access, pool, lake, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball and hiking are included at no additional fee. Golf and wellness center usage require additional fees.
The cabin is located within minutes of DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Caesar’s Head State Park, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. A 15 minute drive down the mountain will land you in charming Downtown Brevard— filled with restaurants, shops and more. Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate are within an hour drive.
Other things to note
A cleaning fee charge of $175 includes both the cleaning fee and the Connestee Falls access fees for use of the pool, lakes, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required if bringing dogs (2 max), subject to owner approval.

To gain access to the gate and community amenities, guests will need to register for a Connestee Falls guest pass by filling out a short form with name(s)/vehicle(s) info. The form will be emailed to guests after booking.

Parking for 2-3 cars is available in front of the cabin. Additional parking can be arranged within Connestee Falls.

A narrow spiral staircase connects the main level to the lower level of the cabin. The lower level contains the bunk bed room and an additional living space. The lower level may also be accessed through a sliding glass door from the outside of the cabin. Please note this, in case spiral staircases are challenging for anyone in your party.

Canoes and tennis rackets not provided, but guests welcome to bring their own. Pickle ball paddles can be rented at the Connestee Falls Golf Pro Shop. Bocce balls available at the bocce courts. Please retrieve keys to the bocce ball container at the Connestee Falls Golf Pro Shop (open 8a-5p every day of the week, including weekends).

Connestee Falls pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
