Connestee Falls website for activities: Click here.This site provides more details about the full amenities available to guests including 18 hole private golf course, pickle ball, tennis, jogging path with workout stations, swimming pool, shuffleboard, and bocce ball. There is a park on Lake Atagahi with a wading pool in the lake sectioned off for smaller children, the park has playground equipment, bbq areas, as well as a large picnic facility which can be reserved for large parties. They also have a good restaurant in the clubhouse.

Rate And Fees information: Connastee Falls Access* *An automatic fee of $175 (plus tax) is applied to every reservation for use of the community amenities, including the swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, all the lakes and parks and clubhouse. Golf is available with a fee. Dress Code will apply. The Wellness Center is NOT included and guests will not have access. There is a minimum of a 2 day lead time prior to check in to receive access passes to the community.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive neighborhood development. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
