Guest Access:

You will have complete access to the entire property with touchpad keyless entry! Please make yourself at home and enjoy high-speed WIFI throughout the property.



Getting Around:

Highly recommend driving yourself to get around, there are plenty of activities around.

☆You must be 18+ to book

☆The person who made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation

☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation

☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the wagon. Smoking within our buildings will incur a $250.00 service fee.

☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied



☆PETS☆

We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $75/pet. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!



Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.



☆NUMBER OF GUESTS☆

MAXIMUM of 4 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.



☆REFUNDS☆

We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather-related issues, or natural disasters.
