Quiet hours are 9:00pm – 8:00am

This is a quiet, bushland setting — sound carries easily

Please be respectful of neighbours, wildlife, and the surrounding environment

🐾 Pets

Pets are welcome by prior approval only

Pets must be supervised at all times

Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture unless covered

Gates must be kept closed at all times

Please clean up after your pet

No smoking or vaping inside the house

Smoking is permitted outdoors only — please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly

🔥 Fire Safety

No candles, fire pits, or open flames

Fireplace use (when available) must follow the instructions provided

Extra care must be taken during fire season

The property includes unfenced dams which are not suitable for swimming

Children must be supervised outdoors at all times

Do not feed wildlife

🏠 Care of the Property

Please treat the home and furnishings with care

Report any breakages or issues promptly — accidents happen

Excessive cleaning, damage, or rule breaches may incur additional charges

🔑 Security

Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property

Return keys as instructed at check-out
