Welcome Wine Down Retreat, this spacious and charming winter retreat, perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway in Bridgton! This large 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is located on a quiet association road, just 2 miles from the charming downtown area with local restaurants and shops, and only 9 miles from Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort. Whether you`re here to ski, snowmobile, or simply unwind, this home offers plenty of space, comfort, and convenience.

Main Floor:
As you step into the home, you’ll be greeted by a bright and inviting open concept living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of storage. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, which features a large sectional sofa and TV, perfect for cozy evenings after a day of adventure. For those who need to work during their stay, there’s a dedicated desk area, offering a quiet space to get things done.

The main floor also includes a lovely dining room, ideal for family meals or game nights. Adjacent to the dining room, there’s an additional seating area that’s perfect for reading, relaxing, or simply enjoying quality time with loved ones. Upstairs also includes two full bathrooms, one connected to the master suite and the other conveniently located for the other two bedrooms.

The deck leads to the saltwater hot tub, where you can soak and unwind while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Guests will have access to the whole house other than locked owner`s closets

The GPS doesn`t always work for the address the best GPS to use is Waze, I will provide more details in your check in message.

This property also has an auto generator so it will turn on within a min if the power goes out. The generator powers the whole house.

Heat Trak Snow/ice melting are located in the front entrance and on the deck leading to the hot tub. They are turned on and off via the two remotes of via the outlet. There is a blue light that indicates they are on, or they will feel warm to the touch. Please don`t leave anything on the heat trak when on if they shift just simply adjust them. Do not shovel or throw sand, rock or salt on them. They will melt snow or ice up to 2 inches an hour. Also please be mindful to turn them OFF when not in use, as they consume a lot of electricity. We appreciate your efforts to be energy-conscious during your stay. There also is an Alexa that you can simply ask her to turn them on and off along with your favorite music!

Hot tub user information and safely guidelines will be provided in your check in message and will be in the folder on the counter for you to refer to during your stay.
