The Bright Haus offers flexible options for all group sizes. Guests have the option of booking the entire home, 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom spread across 2 floors or guests can just book the upper level of the home to include 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all living areas. Perfectly catered for a couples getaway or larger family friends gathering.
Please note: The additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower level will be locked when guests book the upper level only, you will not have access to these rooms unless the full house is booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 In the event of a Natural Disaster or Government orders including but not limited to weather, illness, flight cancellation, major utility outages or lockdowns that result in cancellation of a booking held our standard cancellation policy applies. It is the guests responsibility to obtain DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover them for such events. By booking with Haus and Heim Accommodation the guest acknowledges the risk of a Natural Disaster or Government orders occurring with little to no notice and accepts the cancellation policy in full. We recommend all guests obtain TRAVEL INSURANCE. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows.2.2 Bookings cancelled, 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, will receive a full refund (excluding the credit card fees).2.3 Bookings cancelled, within 29-14 days prior to the arrival date, will forfeit 50% of the total booking fee (excluding the credit card fees).2.4 Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, will not receive a refund.
