Beautiful Grade II listed Georgian townhouse just 3 minutes from Brighton seafront. This bright and spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 9 guests and features original period details, a private yard, balcony, and rooftop terrace. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of shops, cafés, and the city centre—perfect for families or groups.
Stay in this elegant Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, perfectly located just a 3-minute walk from Brighton’s iconic seafront. Set in a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood, this spacious and character-filled home offers the ideal base for families or groups looking to enjoy both the coast and the city.
The property beautifully combines historic charm with modern living, featuring original round bay windows, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light. Thoughtfully arranged across multiple floors, the house comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across four bedrooms.

There is ample storage throughout the home, including wardrobes, shelving, and hanging space across all bedrooms.
Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor spaces, including a first-floor balcony, private sunny courtyard, and a bright rooftop terrace - perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Brighton.
Inside, the home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including:
A modern kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge & freezer
Spacious living area with TV and streaming (Chromecast/Roku)
High-speed WiFi (150 Mbps) with a dedicated workspace
1 bathroom and 1 additional toilet
Iron and ironing board, vacuum, and essential cleaning equipment
Please note there are two original fireplaces in the home which are not for guest use but add to the charismatic charm.
The property is pet-friendly (1 pet allowed) and ideal for families, offering a relaxed and homely environment. While there is no private parking, there is paid street parking with electric charging nearby, and a secure car park just a 5-minute walk away.
Guests have full use of the entire property with private entrance.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule
TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR: A travel cot and high chair are available on request for an additional charge and are subject to availability. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking to avoid disappointment, and note that all additional charges must be paid upfront prior to arrival.
We provide a thick travel cot mattress compatible with Red-Kite Travel Cots and Graco models (93 x 64 x 6 cm). The mattress is made from quilted, breathable, anti-allergenic foam to ensure your baby’s comfort.
Please note that guests must bring their own cot bedding, as linen is not provided.
The travel cot is available for £15, and the high chair can be provided for £10 per item. We kindly ask that the high chair is returned clean upon departure.
RUBBISH AND RECYCLING:
Communal rubbish and recycling bins are on street and emptied daily. Rubbish should be put directly into these.
PASS THE KEYS PROVIDE:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as hotel style mini eco-friendly shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack; including toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Convenience Store only couple of minutes walk away
PET POLICY
- We welcome a maximum of 1 pet per stay.
- There is a £20 charge per pet.
- Please ensure pets are supervised and do not cause damage to the property.
We welcome well-behaved dogs at our property and want all our guests—both human and canine—to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment, please follow the guidelines below:
Supervision & Control
Dogs must be supervised and under control at all times. Whether on a leash outdoors or inside the unit, pets should never be left unattended or allowed to disturb other guests.
Clean-Up Responsibility
All dog waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
Please carry waste bags when walking your dog.
Securely tie used bags and place them in the designated outdoor bins.
Failure to clean up after your dog may result in a cleaning fee or other penalties.
No Dogs on Furniture
Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs.
Please bring your own pet bedding or use designated dog blankets if provided.
Respect Shared and Outdoor Spaces
Dogs must be kept off any shared furniture or amenities and should not be allowed to dig, damage plants, or disturb landscaping.
Noise Consideration
Please be mindful of barking or other noise that could disturb nearby guests. If your dog becomes noisy, we ask that you address it promptly.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
