For your outdoor adventures, we're located 1.8 miles from Sandy Ridge Trails and only 18 minutes from Ski Bowl and Government Camp. Our mud room features boot dryers, Helmet racks, a full-size washer and dryer, and ample space to get ready for your day. This chalet features a secure bike shed for locking up your bikes, as well as a bike cleaning station equipped with tools and an air compressor.

The 3 bathrooms & 2 hot water tanks mean everyone can enjoy hot showers.

■ RENTAL AGREEMENT - You will be sent a Rental Agreement. Signing and returning the rental agreement is a requirement for staying at this property. If you do not sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, your booking may be canceled.

■ NOISE RULES & QUIET HOURS - Outdoor LOUD MUSIC is prohibited AT ALL TIMES. We do have neighbors, and we ask that you be respectful of their presence. QUITE HOURS begin at 10:00 p.m. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. After this time, no outdoor music or loud group activities are allowed, especially around the fire pit. If guests break noise rules, the sheriff may be called, and guests will be required to leave without a refund.

■ HOT TUBS - Children must be monitored at all times when using the hot tubs. Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tubs. Please use the provided plastic wine glasses. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS, OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the hot tub. It is professionally serviced after every stay. If the hot tub requires servicing during your stay, please let us know.

■ AGE - All guests must be 22+ with the exception of children with their parents.

■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 15 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

■ SECURITY CAMERA - There are security cameras on the front porch in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.

■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin. Guests may smoke only around the fire pit.

■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage if this is a concern.

■ PETS - Dog friendly! The number of dogs must be selected upon booking. We allow up to 2 well-trained dogs under 50 lbs. each. There is an additional $150 fee per dog added to the total of your trip. Pets must be kenneled when left home alone. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any waste from their pets. Guests must ensure that barking does not disturb our neighbors. Pets are never to be left alone outside or chained up outside. Please use the dog blankets provided if your pet will be on the couch or bed. We provide a basic kennel, a doggy bed, poop bags, and a lint roller. Excessive pet hair, damage, or smells will result in additional fees.

■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a wooded area, and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, ants, spiders, bats etc.) in or around the cabin. If this is a concern for you, a place further from nature may be a better fit for you. Please help us by keeping the floors swept, sweets in the fridge, and trash cleaned up.
