Our place is a quiet, straightforward family home where you can kick off your shoes, breathe easy, and rest well.

Whether you’re visiting family, here for work, or need a no-fuss place to stay, this humble haven in Redbank Plains has you covered. The vibe is calm, clean, and convenient—just everything you need to feel settled.
The space
This is a simple and spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom family home with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The layout includes:
• Master bedroom with a king bed
• 2 bedrooms with queen beds
• 1 bedroom with 2 Single beds

There’s a functional kitchen with essentials, two clean bathrooms, a small but cosy living area with a TV, and air-conditioning for comfort.

The home is fully fenced, private, and located in a quiet Redbank Plains neighbourhood, close to shops, parks, and major roads. Ideal for families, work groups, or anyone needing a practical place to rest and recharge.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and backyard.
Self check-in is available via smart lock. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

• Quiet hours from 9pm — no parties or events are allowed
• No smoking indoors
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement
• Pets are welcome by request only — an additional fee of $150 per pet per stay applies
• A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required before check-in. This will be returned within a few days of your departure, provided the home is left in good condition
• Please send us a quick message when you check out so we can notify our cleaning team
• Excessive mess, lost keys, or unreported damage may result in additional charges
