This property is not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Excessive noise may result in neighbors contacting management, security, or local authorities.
---Check-In and Check-Out---
Check-In: Instructions will be sent one day prior to your stay via a user-friendly link, which includes step-by-step instructions, images, and recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants.
Lockbox details will be sent on the day of your arrival.
Contact us if you encounter any difficulties.
Check-Out: Details will be provided one day before your departure. Please ensure to photograph the keys upon returning them as proof of check-out.
---Last-Minute Bookings---
For same-day bookings, we may not guarantee a 3 PM check-in due to cleaning schedules. Please notify us of your planned arrival time before making a last-minute booking.
--Early Check-In and Late Check-Out---
Early check-ins are subject to availability and must be requested at least one day in advance.
Late check-outs beyond 12 PM require prior approval and incur a half-day fee, payable through Airbnb by the evening before departure. Without approval, cleaning staff will begin work at 10 AM.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide:
1 set of bed linens per bed.
Towels: 2 per queen/king bed, 1 per single/sofa bed.
1 tea towel, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, and bathroom essentials (shampoo, body wash, hand wash).
Basic kitchen supplies and cleaning products.
These are starter supplies designed for short-term stays. For additional items, please arrange with us prior to arrival to avoid delivery charges.
