We’re really looking forward to hosting you! To help us make your check-in smooth and easy, we kindly ask all guests to complete a quick online pre check-in before arrival. It only takes a couple of minutes and helps us get everything ready for your stay.

Also, please note that a refundable damage deposit will be required. This is just a standard part of our process and will be returned promptly after your stay, provided everything is in good order.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
