The space
Please note that the property is located close to Gympie Road, a major thoroughfare. While the location offers convenient access to shops, dining and transport, some road and traffic noise may be noticeable, particularly during busier periods. Guests who are especially sensitive to noise may wish to keep this in mind when booking.

Guest access
This private lower-level unit (ground floor) of a larger house offers a comfortable, convenient base for families, friends or work trips.

Please note, there is no separate living room with a TV. The TV is located in the master bedroom for relaxed movie nights from bed.

Our standard occupancy is 6 guests, with a maximum capacity of 8 guests. A sofa bed is available for additional sleeping space and can be prepared upon request. Please let us know in advance if you require the sofa bed so we can have it ready for your arrival. Sofa bed setup and extra guest fees apply.

🚗 Parking
There is NO GARAGE access for guests. Parking is available in the front yard or on the street, subject to availability and local parking restrictions.

Because this is a self-check-in home with no on-site staff, we use a simple pre-check-in process to keep everything running smoothly for our guests and the property.

After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete. It includes:

➤ Photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes)
➤ $300 refundable security deposit, fully returned within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) after checkout, provided the home is left in a reasonable condition.

This process helps us ensure a safe, well-maintained space for everyone — and allows us to offer a seamless, contact-free check-in experience.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Times

Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.

➤ Early check-in or late check-out requests must be submitted at least one day in advance and are subject to availability. Unfortunately, same-day requests can’t be accommodated.

If the home happens to be ready earlier on the day, we’ll always let you know — otherwise, we appreciate your understanding as our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the space for a comfortable stay.

We provide a starter supply of essential items to help you settle in at the beginning of your stay.

This includes basics such as toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning essentials. These supplies are intended to get you started and may not last for the full duration of longer stays, so guests are encouraged to top up as needed.
