## Space

The house is located on the 1st floor, accessible by a few steps:

You will enter a corridor leading to all the rooms:

- the kitchen with all the necessary equipment (oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo, blender arm, dishwasher, hob, toaster, fridge-freezer, crockery and utensils...) as well as a table and four chairs.

- the living room with sofa, coffee table, small wall-mounted TV and dining table with 4 chairs

- the master bedroom with a queen-size bed

- the secondary bedroom with a small sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. Here, the large balcony terrace offers a beautiful lake and mountain view

Each bedroom has ample storage space.

- the bathroom with vanity unit and large Italian shower

- separate toilets

A staircase leads to the laundry room with washing machine located in the basement.

Outside, you will have access to garden furniture on the terrace, a small dining room and can use the charcoal barbecue. A superb enclosed garden surrounds the maisonette.

Brison Saint Innocent is very well served: - an hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble by the Alpine motorway network. - 3 hours from Paris by the TGV (arrival in Aix-Les-Bains)- 15 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the lake or the city at different times of the day.
