Our apartment is perfect for a family vacation or a business trip. With its convenient location, you’ll be able to explore the city to the fullest on foot.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be charmed by its spacious layout. The living room, with its large sofa, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Plus, the apartment features a small balcony for relaxing outdoors.

The apartment consists of:

- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, a very large TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. There’s also a dining area that seats 6 people around the table.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop burners, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and everything you need for cooking.

- TWO QUIET BEDROOMS: Each features a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with high-quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A SLEEPING AREA IN THE LIVING ROOM: A single bed (90x200cm) that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with high-quality bedding.

- A BATHROOM: Relax under the shower; towels and a hair dryer are provided.

- A PRIVATE BALCONY: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the balcony.

## Access

Access to the apartment is easy and flexible. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home. It’s located on the first floor and there is no elevator.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in on your own starting at 3:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at your scheduled arrival time.

PARKING: The apartment has a parking spot in a large private garage, but you can also park very easily on the street.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You’re ideally located to explore the city. You’ll find bus stops down the street. Plus, you’re just a 5-minute walk from the city center.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by phone until 11 PM in case of an emergency.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will apply.
CLEANING: The cleaning fee covers a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access the guide, you will need to enter your contact information, agree to the terms and conditions, and upload a copy of your ID.
