The ground floor also offers an elegantly equipped kitchen as well as a utility cupboard, desk space and a chic bathroom. An open-plan staircase leads up to the first floor and three gorgeous bedrooms: two charming king-size rooms, one of which offers an en-suite and a twin room. Heading outside, the pretty garden is landscaped, with a lovely enclosed lawn, a choice of seating areas, mature plants and wonderful far-reaching views. Private parking is available for one car, with further roadside parking subject to availability.


The thriving coastal resort of Brixham is known for its bustling harbour and daily fish market, with opportunities for boat trips, canoeing and kayaking. There’s also a golf course and a choice of beautiful beaches within a couple of miles.
