Nice to explore New Forest

Pros: Good situation in the middle of the New Forest but with easy acces to all locations.
Cons: As far as our short stay is concerned there is not much that could be improved as the hotel offered us all we required.
Location: Location is good, easy acces to the villages of Brockenhurst and Burley. Beau Leigh and Bucklers Hard close by also.
Nice gardens to walk around with friendly staff. Nice comfortable room.

Great place to relax and unwind

Set within the New Forest and within its own beautiful grounds this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and explore the natural splendour and heritage of the New Forest. Food was great, staff were friendly and professional and the main house steeped in history and magnificence.

Beautiful hotel in wonderful area

Pros: Rooms, staff and location
This hotel is beautiful to look at and lovely to stay in. The rooms are very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is hearty and well cooked with masses of choice. The staff are very friendly and professional. We'll definitely be back and can highly recommend this to others.

Beautiful house, excellent grounds, wonderful food

Charming old Manor House, inserted in the most beautiful forest . Good and service were excellent! Gardens are tired but we could see a strong gardener force in! Would love to return in spring!

Simply beautiful

We had a lovely warm welcome when we arrived, bit disapointed when I saw builders right by our room. The grounds to the hotel were gorgeous! The food was amazing and the room was comfortable. The only downside was room service, we decided to have a movie night, drinks and food took about 2 minutes which weren't so bad but the DVD player was missing a cable so getting that all sorted took half an hour. Over an hour later we got to watch the film but was too tired to even bother watching. But overall it was a pleasant stay and will be back again
