Great convenient property. Friendly professional staff. The staff went over and beyond to be helpful in whichever way they could. Will be staying again snd highly recommend.

Easy check in and good value room. Plus good breakfast included too. Only small issue was there weren't many staff working so it was difficult to find people to book in to use the pool etc...but overall a very pleasant stay!

Lovely pre Xmas stay
Got there late, staff great. Room comfortable. Disabled bathroom needs tarting up though. Hotel decorated beautifully for Xmas. Had a gin by the roaring fire. Lovely.

Very happy with our stay
Booked a 1 night stay on the way to NEC, hotel was easy to find, plenty of parking which felt secure. Check in quick and easy tho there was a mix up where I got charged again, but quickly rectified. Twin room, very modern decor, and so clean! Bed was a bit too soft for me but fine for 1 night. Lovely shower, actually had some power to it, not the usual hotel dribble. Used to pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Changing room with lockers and towels provided, only complaint here would be the tiled floor in the pool area, looked very grubby. Didn't affect use of pool but made us tread more careful as looked slimy. Opted for room service instead of going out, delivered quite quickly, polite young chap. Amazing portion, too much to finish, good quality food. Options for wake up call, newspapers and breakfast in bed if required. Overall I would say this is the best experience of a chain hotel we have ever had!

Relaxing short break
Stayed for 2 nights with our young son, we chose the hotel due to its proximity to the severn valley railway. The hotel is located in an attractive area, with a lovely park around the corner. We were allocated a large comfy family room, with thick black out curtains. The hotel was very quiet so we were able to sit in the bar with our son without worrying about disturbing other guests! The pool was lovely and warm, there were restricted childrens hours but these fitted in with us fine. Food was of a high standard, my only complaint was the lack of healthy vegetarian options. Overall I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area

ok getaway
Hotel was really nice and clean. the only down side to the room was that the flush for the toilet wasnt working which was dissapointing. mentioned it to the lady on reception but nothing was done till the following day!! NOT HAPPY!
