For example, the spiral staircase leading from the secondary entrance to the apartment with a terrace will amaze you with its originality. The combination of elegant furnishings and smart-home technology allows you to unwind in style and the multi-level garden awaits you with sunsets and views amongst the most magical around Lake Como.

THINGS TO KNOW

Villa Rossa consists of two separate units. The ground floor and first floor form the main unit, which can comfortably accommodate ten guests, featuring five double bedrooms and five bathrooms. The second unit consists of the top floor with a terrace, which is accessible through a separate entrance. It can accommodate six guests and features three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy complimentary use of the sauna. If you plan to use the heated pool, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 5–6 days in advance so that we can heat it properly. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the pool will already be heated for your stay. Lastly, regarding parking, the property offers enough space to accommodate three cars.

For payments above 1500 euros, you will be asked to make a bank transfer, which will be the only accepted payment method
