The unit is thoughtfully designed with your convenience in mind, featuring a plush queen-size bed with fresh linens, a smart television, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a sunlit sitting area that provides a welcoming atmosphere.

The in-unit kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essential dishware—offering everything you need for light meal preparation. Guests benefit from seamless self check-in, complimentary on-site parking, and secure access via covered stairways.

Guests has a complete and private access to the entire premises for the full duration of their reservation, including all interior areas and available amenities.

Things to note:

The property is located near the railroad, so you may occasionally hear trains passing by. To ensure a comfortable and restful stay, we provide a white noise machine and complimentary earplugs.

Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate. Cleaning fee applies. For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate cats on the property.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Due to the time needed to adequately clean the unit, we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Please book an extra night if you would like to guarantee an early check- in or a late check- out.

If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed, per VRBO policy.
