The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. The townhouse is located within walking distance to the railroad and downtown, so it's perfect for the Polar Express. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything you could need EXCEPT reliable internet. The internet is very, very slow. There is a TV in every bedroom, but you cannot watch more than one at a time (and the one is a challenge) because of the internet speed. If the internet isn't important to you, this is a good option.

Bryson City is a terrific little town. We used the condo as a landing point after a fun rafting tour with Carolina Outfitters. The host was fabulous and accommodating! The property is gorgeous and extremely comfortable and convenient. The beds and living furniture are extremely comfortable. The unit is beautifully clean. We would love a longer stay here in the future!

Great place to stay in Bryson City!

Great place to stay! The house is amazingly nice. Pretty spectacular for a vacation place. The pic of the bunk room doesn’t do it justice. The back porch and patio area are also top-notch. The house-book was also very helpful. Small additions bring life to the place. Awesome live edge plank for the back porch railing. The kick plates to the stairs are yard sticks sourced from a multitude of places. Another neat thing was that they labeled all of the light switches so you can easily know what you’re doing. Easy walking distance to several places to eat, visit for snacks, or souvenirs. Only 25 minutes from NOC whitewater rafting.It’s oddly situated next to an older mini-trailer park, but that’s the only thing that kept location from being 5 stars. There weren’t any issues with the local people though. Everyone we spoke with was super nice.

One thing I loved about this house was the amount of storage. I was definitely pointing out the closets to my husband! The house is very clean, spacious, and beautiful. Communication with the owners was great. We enjoyed the balcony and outdoor area. I got to play Clue for the first time! Everything was modern. Beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed!

Good with a few knit picks

The house was beautiful. It had a very modern vibe, and felt like a new construction. They attempted to provide a whole slew of amenities from extra detergent for the washer, coffee above the keurig, shampoo and soap dispensers in the very nice showers all the way to bikes outside for guest use. We went for the polar express and the property is so close you can see trains and hear the music from the back porch. That was pretty cool. It's so close to all the downtown shops and eateries, walking is no problem. So overall, definitely a 5 star. Our knit picks. No baby gate for the inside stairs. Its a super tall, narrow (and very cutely decoated) stairway. It's listed as child friendly so I assumed there would be a baby gate and didn't bring one. They did have an attached baby gate off the back porch though. However, its too big for the opening so you can't latch it because it bangs into the house. The floors were swept, but we don't wear shoes inside and our feet and socks were super dirty within 15 mins, so I'm not sure when it was last mopped. I tried to dry a load of laundry and they were still super damp. When I checked the filter, it was literally an inch thick with lint which freaked me out because dryer lint is a huge cause of house fires. 1 ply tp. If that bothers you, be prepared to deal or bring your own. John Wayne was an amazing actor, but I don't like using his toilet paper. No house is perfect, but this one was way closer to perfect than most.

This was absolutely perfect. The house is within walking distance of shopping, dining and the train depot. It is beautifully appointed and pretty much everything was thought of. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Communication with the hosts was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bryson City and will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Perfect location and town home!!

This town home was just PERFECT for our stay in Bryson City. It was just a few minutes walk to the town and to the train to ride the polar express. The location cannot be beat. The townhome was brand new and beautiful! They did such a great job with decor and it was well stocked with everything you could ever need. The bunk room was amazing with TVs in each of the 4 bunks, my kids absolutely loved it. The beds were super comfy and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had the best stay and will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

The place is very new and the space is utilized well. Everything was as listed and the hosts were nice and quick to respond. It’s very convenient to downtown. We would definitely stay again.
