The living area is cozy and functional, with a dedicated workspace and fiber optic WiFi so you can stay connected. Step outside and you’re right next to the pool—perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. The boutique complex features a lush courtyard and a Weber gas grill, ideal for afternoons spent lounging or enjoying a barbecue with friends. We kindly ask guests to avoid using them during peak hours (9 am to 3 pm) to ensure better availability.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the condo and all shared amenities within the Maravilla complex, including the pool, tropical courtyard, and BBQ grill. A smart lock system allows for easy check-in, and street parking is available nearby. Please note that for security, access is limited to registered guests only.



Guests staying 7+ nights may also use the shared washer and dryer and request a complimentary weekly light cleaning with fresh linens and towels.
