Fully refurbished, our modern bungalow is situated on a sunny corner plot, brilliant for enjoying the fab sunsets. Perfectly located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short stroll to beaches and the town.

Cornerways is perfectly set up for a visit to Bude, being just 15 mins stroll to the town, pubs, restaurants and beaches. The bungalow is airy and sunny, with a big open plan vibe.

The spacious living area is well appointed with everything you might need for your stay, from cook books, to boardgames or space to work. There is a Smart TV, plenty of books and games to keep the whole family occupied if the weather turns bad! Large patio doors let in plenty of light and allow access to the beautiful sunset-facing gardens.

There is a separate 'snug' area, perfect for curling up with a book or tinkling on the mini piano.

The master bedroom features a king bed, plenty of storage, and a modern en suite with rain shower. The smaller bedroom features a double bed, plenty of storage and smart TV.

The beautiful kitchen is full of mod cons, including a double range featuring both electric and gas ovens and extra hobs, and you should find everything you need to cook up a banquet during your stay. a 2-stool breakfast bar looks out into the gardens.

In the newly extended upstairs is a purpose built office room, for those needing to get some work done during their stay.

A compact yet fully fitted utility room is perfect for storing wet wellies, surfboards, or getting the sand off your pooch at the end of the day! There is also a washer and dryer which you are welcome to use.

The gardens have always got sun somewhere, and we have plenty of seating options to make yourselves comfy in the sun or the shade. The back garden is gravelled with an artificial lawn and is totally secure, making it perfect for your four legged friends. There is a 5 seater outdoor seating area, a large dining table, and plenty of space. Through a large gate to the side garden, you will find the wide even lawn, patio seating and back gate to the path outside, so no worries about walking wet paws through the house!
