Our executive vacation home is designed to offer a luxury, resort-style experience, including premium amenities such as the outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, hibachi grill, and other specialty features. Because these amenities require additional maintenance, cleaning, fuel, preparation, and occasional instruction for safe operation, some may not be available for unrestricted use without prior approval or a modest usage fee. If an item isn’t mentioned as an amenity in the ad, it is for the homeowners use only.

This policy is intended to protect both the guest experience and the quality of the property. Features such as pizza ovens, hibachi grills and outdoor kitchens, involve specialized equipment that can be damaged if used improperly and often require extra servicing between stays.

Supplemental fees help offset costs such as propane, cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and preparation without increasing the overall rental rate for all guests.
In some cases, brief operating instructions may also be necessary to ensure safe and proper use. Our goal is simply to maintain these amenities in excellent condition so every guest can continue to enjoy a clean, safe, and high-end vacation experience.

Let's start off with the house is amazing! Location was great, plenty of room for myself and my friends. We had a lovely time.A few of the problems were the hot tub not working and it taking a big chunk of one of our 3 days there going back and forth with the property manager (who was trying so hard to fix our issue) but it didn't get resolved until around 6-6:30pm. Not really what you want to spend your time doing on a birthday weekend. But the hot tub was one of the main reasons we picked this location since the lake is still cool. They need a few more kitchen items (maybe more coffee mugs-or bring your own). The house hold 11 people but only 5 coffee mugs...easy fix. One of my friends cold plunged into the pool because you have to pay 300 extra to heat it so just be aware of that if its not summer.We spent most of our time in the back patio and it was amazing. We did have to go and take the propane tank and fill it up at our own expense to light the table. Both tables have a light/fire feature but only one had a tank and it was empty. The owner said he would have done it for us but he was traveling out of town so another expense we paid extra for and shouldn't have.The check out process was easy and overall we had a great time celebrating my 50th birthday.

The host at first was very friendly and communicate well. After complains the communication was not exactly there. The house looks great it has a lot of potential but the upkeep of the house for the price point was very disappointing. We had a few issues a mig shift stick for the shower to work, the front porch had bird poop but it had been there for a while, loose kitchen cabinets, the oven didn’t work if all the burners were being used, the exterior fans out of the 3 only one would work, a leak under the garbage disposal, the wine cellar was used for the dirty linen it looked so messy nothing like the pic, the A/C on the main floor didn’t work and we paid 300 extra to have the pooled heater and that didn’t work. We were told that we would get a refund for the pool heater not working but it been 9 days and still no refund. Nor have I heard from anyone since then. I communicate with the management company for some kind of compensation and that was also rejected. The compensation was pretty fair less than 10% of what we paid. Property has potential for 2.5 million dollar home as I was told but it could be worth 10 million if you don’t do even the smallest of upkeep it’s not worth it.
