With its elevated position on the third floor, this apartment offers a peaceful escape where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean right from your balcony.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a single bed with a trundle, making it a great option for families or small groups. In the living room, the sofa converts to a queen-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space if needed. The combined bathroom and laundry include a shower, toilet, vanity, and washing machine for added convenience.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: Single bed with trundle
- Living room: Queen-size sofa bed
- Cot (on request)

The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an oven, stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. Please note that there is no dishwasher.

Step outside onto the small private balcony and take in the ocean breeze while enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring. The apartment includes one undercover parking bay, and please note that access is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the complex. A cot and high chair are available for those traveling with little ones.

With the beach just a couple of minutes away and local dining options within easy walking distance, this apartment is perfect for those looking to enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway. Whether you're here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, Bunbury Ocean Views provides a comfortable and convenient home away from home.

Please note that the parking bay has a clearance height limit, and cars with roof racks may not fit. No additional parking bays are available at the complex.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
