Whether you're boating, fishing, enjoying water sports, or simply unwinding by the lake, Enchanted Valley is the ideal destination for your next family vacation or group getaway.

MAIN LEVEL:
There is a spacious living area with a beautiful fireplace, a large screened in porch with dining table large enough to accommodate 8 and a sitting area to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or the afternoon sunset. The updated kitchen with double ovens is fully stocked including a filtered ice maker and dining space to gather your family and friends. Next to the kitchen you will find a fully equipped bar with a wine/beer fridge and a separate beverage fridge to store your favorite drinks.

There is an additional full bathroom with shower & bathtub and laundry room on this level.

Primary Bedroom 1: Step up into an ensuite bedroom which includes a king bed, private balcony, and luxurious bathroom with an Amazon rain shower and beautiful lake views.

UPPER LEVEL:
On the second level, you will find an ensuite king bedroom and additional bedroom. This level is perfect for adult guests and the younger ones.

Bedroom 2: King bed with full bathroom with standup shower and designated workspace
Bedroom 3: One twin bed and one daybed with a trundle (3 twin beds)

LOWER LEVEL aka Man Cave:
The lowest level has an additional living space and full kitchen, game room with pool table and a large 75" flatscreen perfect to watch your favorite game or show!

Sleeps 12 people plus parking for 5 cars.

GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy several outdoor living spaces all with beautiful panoramic lake views including a large screened in porch off the main level, a private balcony off the primary bedroom, a patio with a ping pong table, and an outdoor dining space large enough to fit your group.

The boat dock is a perfect space for swimming, boating, fishing, or lounging. There is a newly added hydraulic platform which provides easy access to enter and exit the lake for jet skis and kayaks. The boat lift is equipped with a hydraulic lift system suitable for both pontoon and v-bottom boats.

Kayaks and a lily pad are available during your stay. The water is calmest in the mornings and evenings.

Indoors, the game room is a fantastic place to watch sports or your favorite show on the big screen while shooting a game of pool.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, cooking essentials, and filtered ice maker. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. For the lake, we have life jackets, water toys, and beach towels available. The guest is responsible for additional needs.

Suggested items to bring are additional life jackets, extra paper goods, and ice. There is a small H-E-B grocery store 8 miles away in Kingsland, and a large grocery store in Marble Falls, 17.5 miles away, with delivery service.

One dog weighing 30 lbs or less may be permitted with prior approval.

Note: we have 4 security cameras located outside the property, in the front, back, and on the dock.
