Freshly roasted coffee beans from Margaret River Roasting Co. and biodegradable compostable pods are provided, making it easy to start each day with your preferred brew. Nearby, a large timber dining table sets the scene for shared meals, board games and easy conversation after a day at the beach.
Outdoor living is a highlight, with landscaped gardens and inviting spaces designed for enjoying the South West lifestyle. Gather around the BBQ, dine beneath the covered patio or unwind beside the firepit as the evening settles in. The enclosed yard also provides plenty of space for children to play and explore.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned away from the main living spaces, offering privacy and comfort throughout your stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with a generous double vanity and walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms are appointed with king beds, while a fourth bedroom includes a single bed and a bunk bed, and a separate room offers a single daybed for added flexibility. A main bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet comfortably supports families and groups.
A dedicated laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays, while secure garage parking and additional off-street parking make exploring the region by car effortless. Year-round comfort is ensured with central air conditioning and heating.

A car is recommended for exploring the wider region, with secure garage parking available on-site. Dunsborough town centre is just a short drive or bike ride away, while the nearby coastal path offers an easy way to access local beaches and foreshore attractions.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeiture of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.
Firewood:
A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Pet Policy:
This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises.
Rental Agreement:
