The comfortable separate lounge area provides a space to unwind and watch tv on the large smart tv screen, ideal for movie nights in!
Leading on from the lounge area you will find the master bedroom, this wing of the house also has the option of a private external entrance. Offers a king bed, ceiling fan, a/c, and TV. Also featuring a walk-in robe and an ensuite with vanity, shower and w/c. (please note there is no door on this ensuite bathroom).
This section of the home also includes an office, for when work simply cannot wait. Features a desk, with ceiling fan and seating area.
In the opposite wing of the home, two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed, ceiling fan, and built in robe.
An additional guest bedroom includes two single bunk beds and built in robe.
Main bathroom features vanity, bath and shower and separate w/c.
A second living area adjoins the guest bedrooms and main bathroom together and offers a couch, smart TV, and a/c.

The expansive outdoor entertaining area offers two 8 seater dining tables, perfect to enjoy a meal on warm summer evenings, or on those cooler days choose to dine undercover with the outdoor heater. Several picnic benches are located across the expansive lawn, with enough space for everyone to soak in the views. Gas BBQ provides the option to enjoy a sundowner and feast with friends or family.
The lush grassed area provide a place for the kids to run and play, and the playground and in ground trampoline is a kids dream.

An 8-minute drive will have you Goanna Bush Café; a locals favourite for delicious breakfasts, lunches and coffees. Dunsborough town centre is an 11 minute scenic drive away; where you can browse the many boutique gift and clothing shops.
