Two inviting living areas mean the kids can enjoy a movie while adults unwind with a glass of wine by the fire. The modern kitchen flows effortlessly onto the entertainer’s deck, ideal for shared meals or sunset drinks. Bedrooms feature a mix of king, queen, and twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests, all styled with natural textures, soft tones, and thoughtful touches that create a warm, serene atmosphere.



Wake up to breakfast under the trees, spend the day at nearby beaches, and end your evenings around the fire beneath a sky full of stars. Pepperstone blends comfort, simplicity, and style - close to everything, yet quietly tucked away for a truly relaxing getaway.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, garden, firepit, parking, and all living spaces. Check-in via smart lock.



Other Things to Note:

This is a quiet residential area with respectful neighbours. Please, no parties or loud gatherings.



Firewood can be purchased in advance and will be ready for you at the property, or it can be bought locally at nearby service stations.



For your comfort, the property is equipped with two air conditioners: one in the living area and another in the main bedroom.



How close is the beach?

Old Dunsborough Beach is just a short walk away, and Meelup Beach is only a few minutes’ drive, making both easily accessible for your enjoyment.



🔥 Fire Use Reminder

Please note that our fire pits are available from May to October only.

A local fire ban is in effect from November to May, so fire pits are not permitted during this period for safety reasons and in compliance with local regulations.
