Rest assured, your comfort is our top priority. Every booking includes a comprehensive linen pack featuring impeccably made beds with top and bottom sheets, bathroom towels, a bath mat, and hand and face towels.

"Waterside on Lanyard" boasts a spacious layout with 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upper level features 3 queen-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom with a luxurious bath, and a cozy second living area offering splendid sunrise views over the wetlands—your new favourite spot to savour your morning coffee.

The ground floor presents 2 additional queen-sized bedrooms, a bathroom, expansive main living areas, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The canal-facing Al Fresco area is a frequent spot for dolphin sightings and provides a captivating backdrop for a leisurely breakfast or enchanting twilight dining, complete with a ceiling fan and mains gas BBQ.

Enjoy year-round comfort with our ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, and experience the warm ambiance of our wood-burning fireplace during the winter months. Please note that while some firewood is provided, availability at the property cannot be guaranteed. Firewood can be easily sourced at local service stations and hardware stores should you wish to use the fireplace.

Pet lovers, rejoice! Your furry friends are more than welcome to join the adventure. However, please be mindful that the property opens directly onto the water, and there is no fencing between the rear yard and the canal. The front yard, on the other hand, is fully fenced and gated—ideal for both your little ones and pets to play safely throughout your stay.
