- We love a serene atmosphere, so our home is a pet-free zone, and parties or events are not allowed.

- Please help us respect our lovely neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours: 22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00.

- Your arrival and departure: We’re excited to welcome you between 16:00 and 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.

- Flexibility: If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, just let us know in advance! We’ll do our best to accommodate you (subject to availability and an extra fee).

- Longer stays: Planning a longer getaway? For stays over 10 nights, a refreshing mid-stay cleaning—complete with fresh linens and towels—will be happily scheduled for you upon an additional fee.

- Need an invoice? Just let us know upon request, and we’ll gladly take care of it for you.
