1. Timing: Check-in is between 16:00 and 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability for an additional fee.

2. Starter Pack: To get your vacation started comfortably, we provide a limited selection of essentials (coffee, tea, kitchen paper, complimentary toiletries and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom) to cover your first day of stay only. Guests are kindly expected to purchase their own extra supplies for the remainder of their stay.

3. Housekeeping and Linens: This is a self-catering holiday home. We provide a fresh set of linens and towels per guest upon arrival (two large towels and two face towels per bed). Daily housekeeping or complimentary changes are not provided during your stay. Extra maintenance cleaning (including linen and towel changes) can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. For stays longer than 10 nights, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory.

4. Official Registration: Completing the guest registration form is strictly mandatory by Romanian law. Invoices are gladly available upon request.

5. Bear Safety: Please dispose of all trash exclusively in the designated outdoor containers. Never leave trash bags on the stairs or outside the building, as they will attract bears to the property.

6. Child Safety: Please supervise young children at all times, especially on the stairs and balconies.

7. Eco-Friendly: Whenever you leave the property or at check-out, please make sure to turn off the AC, lights, heating, water, and close all windows. Thank you for helping us protect the environment and save energy!

8. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. A 500 lei deep-cleaning fee applies if this rule is violated. You are welcome to smoke in the garden and on the terrace.

9. No Pets and No Parties: This is a peaceful retreat. No pets, parties, or social events are allowed.

10. Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighborhood peace between 22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00.

11. Guest Capacity: Please respect the maximum occupancy of your booking. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. In case of violation, we reserve the right to accommodate only the original guests listed on the reservation.

12. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items. Please note that towels and linens permanently stained (with makeup, foundation, blood, self-tanner, etc.) are considered damaged, as industrial laundries cannot clean them. A replacement fee will be charged.

13. Commercial photo or video shoots are not permitted without prior consent.

14. Sewage System: Please do not flush wet wipes or hygiene products down the toilet. Mountain systems are highly sensitive and clog instantly. Thank you for helping us protect the environment!

15. Arrival and Departure Updates: Please send a quick text upon arrival so I know you are safe and sound. Also, if you plan to check out early, let me know as far in advance as possible to help me coordinate the cleaning team. Thank you!
